Delivery onboard
Following the instruction of our Principal, we coordinate the last minute safe delivery of shipment in our care onboard the client’s vessel as instructed. We facilitate the entire process from arranging delivery formalities, handling equipment, and transportation to quay and loading onboard delivery barge or tug boat to delivery alongside or at anchorage as the case maybe. We have network of reliable tugboat owner and boat service operator that are at our full service to ensure safe, smooth and timely delivery operations.
Storage and Warehousing
On behalf of our clients, we arrange temporary storage of ship spares in transit in bonded warehouse facilities in the port awaiting the arrival of the subject vessel or further instruction from the client. CGL is committed to the safe keep of any shipment in our care to from receipt to delivery onboard or dispatch to the final destination.
Other Complementary Services
In a critical time schedule when certain tech spares or stores are need onboard within the vessel’s turnaround time, we can arrange procurement and delivery genuine item if available in the local market from reliable supplier within the region. Our client satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
Custom Clearance
Our personnel’s great expertise in ship spares customs procedures is the key to providing solid solutions from beginning to end.
Amongst our services are included the preparation and submission of documentations required to facilitate export or import into the country, the representation of clients during customs examination, and the assessment, payment of duty and taking delivery of the cargo from customs after clearance along with documents.
Cartage Services
# Air freight (pick up/delivery) We arrange and coordinate safe and expedited collection and delivery logistics from Airport to customers/clients requested destination and pick-up and delivery from customers location to the airport for export or dispatch. # Sea freight( pick up and delivery) We arrange and coordinate pick up and delivery logistics from port terminal and CFS to the customers locations and vice versa. We also coordinate pick up of FCL from terminal and transfer to the warehouse for devanning/unstuffing and storage. # Shipment in transit Our special ship spares in transit logistics operations include collection, customs formalities and inland transportation from airport (air Freight) to the jetty/quay for expedited onboard delivery or from airport to the bonded warehouse for temporary storage awaiting clients' final delivery instructions.
